All items are made to order just for you. For Gold Plated Items please allow up to 4 weeks before dispatching. All other Online Shop orders will require 5 working days before shipping. 

UK ORDERS: Posted Special Delivery to guarantee they are tracked and insured.

OUT WITH UK: Royal Mail International Tracked and Insured.

RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you will love your Roisin Connolly purchases we understand it might not be for you, on arrival.  Returns must be received UNWORN within 28 days to qualify for a refund/exchange/credit note (via Gift Voucher). To return your item contact me directly at roisinconnollydesign@gmail.com so I can direct you on how best to return your item to my Edinburgh Workshop. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund Earring purchases.

At this stage we do not refund postage.

Any items returned to us worn or faulty may not qualify for a refund. 

Bespoke Items have a different policy which will be discussed with the client when making their special order.

FAULTY ITEMS

Even though we try very hard to package our items carefully so that they can travel to you unharmed, on rare occasion, items reach you damaged after their journey through the mail. On this occasion please contact us directly (within 3 days of receiving your item) at roisinconnollydesign@gmail.com with an image of the fault and we will do our best to either send you a fresh item (once faulty item is returned) or repair the current one Free of Charge.

LIFE LONG REPAIRS

We want you to be able to wear your Jewellery for many years to come so let us offer to polish, repair and replace the stones in your pieces for as long as we can.
