Returns and Christmas Shipping

🎄iIt's a busy time of year for Royal Mail so if you can double check which shipping you select to give you the best chance of of UNDER THE TREE arrival this year. Please note, once an item is shipped in good time Roisin Connolly can accept no responsibility for lost or late delivery.

During this busy time of year we recommend selecting an expedited service, like SPECIAL DELIVERY or Tracked 24 from the 18th December onwards, these services are both tracked and special delivery insured.


Any items sent without a tracking service (1st or 2nd Class) will not be compensated by Royal Mail if lost. I do retain proof of postage for every Roisin Connolly Jewellery order shipped🎄



Here at Roisin Connolly Jewellery offer life long repairs for our products, these are free for the first 365 days from ordering and from then on will come with a fee priced per repair.


We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your item. We at this point do not cover postage for returns but email us through our contact form to get the ball rolling.


If you're item arrives faulty, please do contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we can arrange a return and a fresh item sent out.
